Our Key Projects

At 10 Valentine, K-Flow Commissioned 14 floors of HVAC equipment including chillers, pumps, AHU's, VAV's and ventilation fans.

At 124 Walker St, K-Flow performed an initial D-Lap report of level 1 and the base building AHU system. Then completed the final commission of the new fitout on level 1. 

At 255 George St, K-Flow performed an initial D-Lap report on the HVAC system on levels 7 & 8. Then Completed the final commission on the new fitout on both level 7 & 8.

At 45 Clarence St, K-Flow assisted in carrying out the annual performance testing of the stairwell pressurisation of the entire building.

At 151 Macquarie St, K-Flow performed an air balance of an entire floor and assisted in completing the annual stair pressurisation test of the entire building. 

At Cummins, Wetherill Park, K-Flow performed a D-Lap report on both levels of the office building. Then completed the final commission after building works were completed. 

At Waveform Apartments in Cronulla, K-Flow performed an entire audit of the stairwell pressurisation and mechanical fire system. Identifying defects, and submitting a cover letter report on findings. Working with our client to perform repairs and installation of a copper reference tube on each floor to achieve performance results as per the Australian standard.  

At GYG Warrawong, K-Flow performed the final commissioning of the newly installed HVAC and kitchen exhaust system. 

At the Dymocks Building, K-Flow performed the final commission of the newly installed HVAC system in the Goellia tenancy on level 6.
